Oh, man - this was AWESOME!! I think it's a very realistic portrayal of the immediate aftermath of the series finales. :)

The sentries had allowed her to wait inside, Beck's aide-de-camp finding her a chair and a cup of coffee.
I guess there was nothing in there for her to steal...{ouch} Sorry, I couldn't resist. :) Oh, and I loved Beck's reaction to Charlotte. Bwahahaha!
"Yes." Beck sounded thoughtful. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw him gesture at the fax. "I guess this is another example of how much you were not working for me."
Poor Beck {{huggles}}. He needs a real friend...
"Giant irradiated ants?" Beck supplied for her. "Yes, I can see those would be a hazard."
Oh, God, this made me laugh sooooo hard. I can just hear him saying this line, too. Bwahahahaha!!
I'm guessing asshole who beat the crap out of you for four days isn't going to—."
Okay, so did this! Poor Beck - but he did deseve this line. Bwahahahaha!
Beck had picked up the fax again. "Well, you are a very memorable young woman," he murmured.
And my little Heck shipper heart just squeeeeed.
